During the two days off the workshop, we will learn about the landscape in Middle East and Asia/China. These two regions are complex because of their political and religious beliefs. That said, both regions are developing rapidly in the Cultural / Performing Arts sector.

Cindy began her career at BMG International Artist and Repertoire (A&R) where she liaised with its Asian offices to bridge the crossover of Asian artists to the US and since very early on her career she took an interest in the international platform.  From 2006 – 2008, Cindy served as Associate Producer of the JC Penney Asian Excellence Awards show in Los Angeles. In 2003 she joined CAMI (Columbia Artists Management) where she worked closely with world-renowned artists as Tan Dun, Howard Shore, John Mauceri, Fes Festival of World Sacred Music, Lord of the Ring – The Symphony and Cirque Eloize.  During her time at CAMI, she coordinated the panel to announce the Fes Festival of World Sacred Music North America tour.  She also served as tour manager for the premiere of Lord of the Ring – the Symphony in Taiwan. From 2005 to 2015 she worked with Concert Artists Guild (CAG) as the West Coast and Asia Pacific Booking and Managerial Associate to help mentor and launch young classical musicians and ensembles.  She most recently worked with Cadenza Artists, LLC as the Director of Booking and Business Development for the Middle East and Far East. InPulse Creatives, LLC was founded in Spring 2018 to help provide creative solutions for artists and creators who have an interest in developing and bringing their work into the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
